Healing, Hormones & Hard Truths: My March Reset

Spring has finally arrived, my gorgeous ones, and I can’t help feeling fresh, fabulous, and just a tiny bit off-balance in the best possible way!

Spring has finally arrived, my gorgeous ones, and I can’t help feeling fresh, fabulous, and just a tiny bit off-balance in the best possible way!

The sunshine paired with that crisp air makes my heart sing—especially when I’m strutting through the streets of N.Y. with my sunglasses on and a touch of fur for flair.

Lately, I’ve been on an unexpected journey with no alcohol. I can’t say I’ve given it up for good, but for now, I haven’t felt the pull to return—though the other night at 180 Strand, those Picante (spicy tequila margarita) vibes nearly did me in!

It felt strange to realise I was actively trying not to drink, rather than simply not fancying a drink. Even later at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, where I imagined Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. coolly sipping martinis and filling the room with laughter and stylish hats, I held firm. So here we are in March—three whole months alcohol-free!

International Women’s Day opened my eyes to a world of knowledge, and I realised how much I still have to learn. Bioidentical versus body-identical hormones?

Someone please pass me an HRT cheat sheet! The more I explore, the more I see how these treatments can benefit our hearts, bones, emotions, and even our sex lives.

I’m starting to notice a few symptoms myself, so why not leap toward a happier, more balanced me? After all, feeling great should be the standard, right?

March has become my transition month—a time to grow new businesses and commit to my biggest dreams. Even if it involves facing some tough truths or leaving behind what no longer works, I’m determined to push forward with passion and confidence.

I used to compromise so easily, but now I’m standing tall, insisting on a fair deal that reflects everything I’ve put on the line. Is it scary? Of course—but refusing to settle is the new me, and I’m ready for it.

I’m also thrilled some of you have asked about a potential Sinitta tour. Oh, my darlings, it’s definitely in the works! I can’t spill all the tea just yet, but believe me, I’m so grateful for your encouragement and energy.

Meeting you in different cities has shown me just how joyful and vibrant we really are—defying all those clichés about “falling to pieces”.

Quite the opposite, we’re living our best lives, travelling with our children, staying positive, and supporting one another.

Speaking of children, my daughter Magdalena and I are closer than ever. She’s becoming such a remarkable young woman—brave, strong, and totally unstoppable.

It reminds me to keep nurturing my own sense of fearlessness in business and personal life. And trust me, I’ve had to be bold this month, negotiating deals and honoring what I deserve, while making sure everyone benefits from my ideas. If I hadn’t stepped up for myself, I wouldn’t be nearly as excited for what’s ahead.

Now, about relationships—I’ve been looking at my own quirks, along with those of the people I love. It’s amazing how a few honest conversations can bring so much clarity.

Rather than focusing on what you wish would change in someone else, try putting yourself in their shoes. Recognise the things they might want you to change, too.

Some quirks and traits are set in stone, sure, but the ones you can improve? You might find real closeness and growth by working on them together.

I tested this theory out with my daughter in a playful exercise where she wished for a partner who was taller, posher, richer, blacker, and cooler.

Then she flipped the script and imagined what he would want from her. We quickly saw how certain traits might shift, but others needed acceptance—and how embracing differences can be surprisingly fun.

So yes, Spring has me feeling renewed and ready to chase the next big dream. March was challenging, no doubt. But I cleared out emotional clutter, faced those inner dragons, and discovered there’s so much more to gain by being honest with myself.

As we charge into April, let’s keep that brave spirit alive. If there’s someone or something holding you back—tell them to move aside, darling!

And if that someone is you, go forth with your plans even if you’re shaking in your sequined boots. Sometimes the worst that can happen is nothing—and that’s no reason to miss out on realising a dream, is it?

Thank you for staying on this wild ride with me. Let’s bloom in Spring together—happier, healthier, and a whole lot wiser. Can I get an amen? Much love to you all!
